This may be due to the usual Christmas postal delays or because the Royal Mail Sacks we delivered to Basingstoke sorting office have been misplaced. These are usually sent to Swindon for central sorting. I have lodged a provisional complaint with Royal Mail and await their reply but sadly these matters can take them a long time to investigate as we have had occasions where this has happened in the past. To avoid inconvenience to our readers whilst Royal Mail check, I can offer to send, on your request to the editor, the pdf file of the mono copy of the November issue which we originally sent to the printers. This can be printed out with appropriate software. Alternatively existing magazine subscribers can, if they wish, send the editor a request to permanently send November and future copies via the pdf subscription service whereby colour editions are e-mailed on or about 20th monthly. There is no need to wait until your renewal date for this change to be made but at that stage you will benefit from a lower rate as shown in recent issues. Although outside our control, we apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst this investigation takes place but await your instructions to the editor for either a printer pdf file of November only to be e-mailed or a permanent switch to pdf colour issues for November and future issues.
