Discovery by CRTS of a possible supernova (CBET 2491):
SN      2010 UT      R.A.  (2000.0)  Decl.    Mag.     Offset
2010ip  Oct  3.49   03 29 48.50  +06 32 55.3  18.1   17.2"W, 10.3"S
D. Milisavljevic and R. Fesen, Dartmouth College, report that a spectrum 
obtained with the 2.4-m Hiltner telescope on Oct. 12.4UT
suggests a normal type-Ia event then around maximum light.

SUPERNOVA 2010iq IN IC 5145
Discovery by LOSS of a possible supernova (CBET 2493):
