J. M. Silverman et. Al., report that a spectrum of Apr. 13UT suggests a 
type-Ib supernova.

SUPERNOVA 2011bq IN IC 1288 = PSN J18292236+3942345 (LOSS)
2011bq  Apr 15.52   18 29 22.36  +39 42 34.5  17.9   1.0"W,  14.0"S
J. M. Silverman reports a spectrum of Apr 16 shows it to be a type-II 
supernova 2-3 months past maximum brightness.

SUPERNOVA 2011br IN NGC 5881 = PSN J15062020+6259006 (LOSS)
2011br  Apr  9.50   15 06 20.20  +62 59 00.6  18.2   5.2"W,  10.0"S
J. M. Silverman reports a spectrum of Apr 15 shows it likely to be a 
type-Ib supernova.

2011by  Apr 26.82   11 55 45.56  +55 19 33.8  14.2   5.3"E,  19.1"N
T. Zhang and Z. Zhou, National Astronomical Observatories of China 
(NAOC) and others report an optical spectrum of Apr. 27.5 UT is 
consistent with that of a type-Ia supernova at very young phase.
Guy Hurst, Basingstoke reports photometry (No filter Bradford Robotic, V 
filter Sierra Stars 0.61-m Cass):

G. H. Marion, Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics (CfA) reports 
that a spectrum of Apr. 26UT shows it is a type-Ia supernova a few days 
after maximum light.
