Shumov et. al., Moscow State University and others report on 'The Astronomer's Telegram 3776 their discovery with the MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system of an optical transient (OT) located at: RA 05h 21m 41.66s DEC -04 11' 09.9" (2000) on 2011 Nov 20.0UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.9 with a limit of 19.4 for the exposure. It is seen on three images. There is no minor planet or any known object at this place. Their reference image of 2010 Dec 27.84UT does not show the new object to an unfiltered magnitude limit of 19.1.
