THE ASTRONOMER/BAAVSS MEETING 2012 OCTOBER 13
Subscribers are reminded that the special offer of a discounted 
admission price for this meeting of £8.50 finishes on July 31 so it is 
strongly recommended that bookings are sent in as soon as possible. 
After July 31 the normal admission price of £9.50 applies.

A booking form was sent with TA E-Circular 2828 issued on June 12.
However if you are including anyone in your booking who has not 
previously been a subscriber to 'The Astronomer' magazine, there is a 
special offer for them to receive the first year's issues for just £10. 
The booking form on our website also contains an option with regard to 
this special offer.

THE ASTRONOMER 2012 JULY PDF
During the transmission of 2012 July issues on the evening of July 19 to 
pdf magazine subscribers, it appears, in addition, a corrupted file was 
also sent to a small number of TA Circular subscribers in error. This 
problem had been spotted and efforts had been made to delete the 
incorrect file and start again with the correct pdf but evidently not 
entirely with success. Apologies to anyone affected who received this 
file in error.
