Denisenko et. al., Moscow State University, reports on The Astronomer's Telegram 4424 that the MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered an optical transient source at: RA 05h 10m 02.32s DEC +18 00' 41.5" (2000) on 2012-09-25.0768UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.2 (limit 19.0m). The OT is found identical to QSO B0507+179 = PKS 0507+179 = NVSS J051002+180041 = USNO-B1.0 1080-0080773 (catalogue magnitude R=19.09). They have 14 past positive observations of this object in MASTER-Kislovodsk database, the range of variability is from 18.7 to 16.6 mag (unfiltered with the Red zero point). The current magnitude is the brightest ever observed by all MASTER telescopes for this object since 2009 Jan 22. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/PKS0507+179-MASTER-20120925.jpg NO NEW OBJECT IN HYADES Further to the report by Ian Shelton on TA E-Circular 2864, he has now reported there is no new object and that the pictures apparently showed a ghost image of a bright star. Thank you for all who sent in images promptly which confirm these latest findings. SUPERNOVA 2012es IN NGC 5597 (MONARD) 2012es Aug 12.77 14 24 29.11 -16 45 39.2 16.3 24 "E 8 "N M.
