Shurpanov, et. al., Moscow State University, SAI also reports on The Astronomer's Telegram 4585 that MASTER Kislovodsk has discovered OT source at: RA 06h 46m 43.02s DEC +41d 20m 59.1s on 2012 Nov 17.90716UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.4m (limit 19.8m). The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place. They have a reference image without the optical transient on 2009 Oct 18.04080UT with magnitude limit with 'R' filter 19.6m. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/064643.02412059.1.png Nothing is present at this position in 2MASS, USNO-B1.0, 1RXS and GCVS catalogues, nor in AAVSO VSX. No previous outbursts were detected by CRTS. Nothing is visible on the sum of 8 DSS plates to the limiting magnitude 22. This area of sky is not covered by SDSS. This field was observed by GALEX in 2006 and 2007. The object was detected in bright outburst on 2006 Dec. 30 as GALEX J064643.0+412059 and in quiescence on 2007 Dec. 21 as GALEX J064643.0+412058. Comparison of two near-UV GALEX images is uploaded to http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J064643+412059-GALEX.jpg Palomar/NEAT archive has 58 images of this field obtained on 12 different nights from 1997 Oct. 30 to 2003 Jan. 22. The object was in bright outburst on four images of 2002 Dec. 12 and at quiescence on other images. Comparison of NEAT images in outburst and at quiescence (sum of 25 best images, m_lim~22) is posted at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J064643+412059-NEAT.jpg Based on amplitude of variability and presence of previous outbursts we conclude that MASTER OT J064643.02+412059.1 is a new cataclysmic variable (dwarf nova). MASTER OT J061017.75+414545.7 - new CV This object, announced on E-Circular 2869, was imaged in confirmation by Len Adam on 2012 Nov 20 at 07h44m37sUT on a 300-sec exposure with T11 0.50-m f/6.8 astrograph + CCD + f/4.5 focal reducer in the remote facility of iTelescope.net in New Mexico. The magnitude was 17.19. SUPERNOVA 2012fc IN PGC 70602 (CSS) 2012fc Sep 20.26 23 10 12.71 +30 34 42.6 17.2 18.1"E 8.1"S D.
