The new object is located at: RA 08h 39m 42.02s DEC +60 58'16.0" (2000), which is approximately 15.1"E and 7.7"N of the centre of the parent galaxy. Nothing is present at this position on Tom's images from 2011 Oct 28 and Dec 28 (limiting mag 19.5) nor on Digitised Sky Survey Plates from 1996-03-16 (limiting red mag 20.5), and 2000-01-07 (limiting blue mag 21.0). L. Elenin (Lyubertsy, Russia) and I. Molotov (Moscow, Russia) confirm this object is visible on 3x300sec images remotely taken at ISON-NM Observatory (Mayhill, NM, USA) with 0.45-m f/2.8 telescope + CCD (KAF09000) on Dec. 4.3822. The object is located at: 08h 39m 42s.02 +/- 0".08, +60d 58' 15".1 +/- 0".09 (UCAC-4) with magnitude 17.1U (mag. limit ~19.5m).
