MASTER OT J043254.33+205641.8
D. Denisenko, et. al., Moscow State University reports on The 
Astronomer's Telegram 4697 that the MASTER-Amur auto-detection system 
recorded a new OT source at:

RA 04h 32m 54.33s DEC +20d 56m 41.8s on 2013-Jan 02.537UT.

The OT, seen in two images, has an unfiltered magnitude of 16.2m (limit 
18.7m). They also have a reference image without the OT on 2011 Feb 
04.508UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.3m.

A faint galaxy SDSS J043254.50+205640.9 (rmag = 22.9) is offset 2.7 
arcsec.
