PNV J19023335+0315190 IN AQUILA According to AAVSO Notice 374, Koichi Itagaki, Japan reports via vsnet-alert his discovery of a possible variable or nova in Aquila located at: RA 19h 02m 33.35s DEC +03 15' 19.0" (2000) On 2013 Oct. 28.45UT, the unfiltered magnitude was 13.8. Image: http://www.k-itagaki.jp/images/aql-pnv.jpg. According to the Central Bureau TOCP page Gianluca Masi observed it on 2013 Oct 28.78UT remotely using the 17" robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility in Ceccano, Italy. Unfiltered images show a faint source at mag. 13.5R. Astrometry yielded end figures: RA 33.38s DEC 18.9". Roger Pickard reports via baavss-alert a V magnitude on Oct 28.8375UT of 15.77V. David Boyd advises he obtained a rather noisy spectrum of this object on Oct 29. It was only about 20 degrees above the horizon at the time and disappearing behind a tree. It is similar to the spectrum reported by Terry Bohlsen in Australia earlier today on vsnet, just H-alpha emission and little else.
