Vladmiriov et. al., Moscow State University and others report on The Astronomer's Telegram 5950 their discovery with the MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system an optical transient source (OT) at: RA 10h 55m 45.20s DEC +57d 31' 09.7" on 2014 Mar 04.748UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.5m (limit 18.8m). It is recorded on five images. They have reference image without OT on 2011 April 05.577UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.1m. The OT at quiescence is identical to the blue star SDSS J105545.15+573110.1 (u=22.39 g=22.16 r=21.88 i=22.55 z=21.91). There is also an UV counterpart GALEX J105545.2+573109 (FUV=23.44+/-0.10 NUV=22.75+/-0.07) and X-ray source 2XMM J105545.1+573109 = CXO J105545.2+573109. There is nothing at this position in 1RXS, 2MASS, USNO, GCVS and AAVSO VSX. No previous outbursts were detected by CSS. This area of sky in Ursa Major is not covered by NEAT. Based on the blue colour and outburst amplitude (~6m), MASTER OT J105545.20+573109.7 is most likely a dwarf nova of SU UMa (UGSU) type in superoutburst.
