CI CYGNI Mike Gainsford, Burbage, England reports that CI Cygni has apparently entered a bright phase. On 2014 Oct 07, 2039UT his estimate was equal to E (magnitude 10.5). There was a very bright moon present. He adds that on Oct 05 it was about a mag fainter   Ray Pearce, Shepshed, England reports magnitude 10.7 on Oct 08 at 21:40UT.
