Coordinates: RA 12h21m57.57s DEC +04 28'18.5" (2000). See: http://www.k-itagaki.jp/images/4303.jpg This object has been submitted to VSX and assigned the name PSN J12215757+0428185. Once it is approved, charts may be plotted using the AAVSO Variable Star Plotter (www.aavso.org/vsp). At this moment there is no AAVSO sequence, but one will be made available as soon as possible. Once this object has been added to AAVSO VSX and an AUID assigned, observations may be submitted to the AAVSO International Database using the name PSN J12215757+0428185. Please be sure to indicate what comparison stars you used. This AAVSO Special Notice was compiled by Elizabeth O. Waagen. Ernesto Guido et. al. relays that following the posting we performed some follow-up of this object through a 0.10-m f/5.0 astrograph + CCD from MPC Code H06 (iTelescope, New Mexico). On our images taken on 2014 October 30.5UT we can confirm the presence of an optical counterpart with unfiltered CCD magnitude 13.2 and at coordinates: R.A. = 12 21 57.61, Decl.= +04 28 17.8 (equinox 2000.0; UCAC-3 catalogue reference stars).
