CENTAUR UPPER STAGE NROL-35 FUEL DUMP (=OBJECT IN SERPENS 
Despite the extensive observations by John Toone and reports from several
other observers of a 'bright fast-moving' comet, it does seem from a report
received from Nick James (Assistant TA editor) that there is another
explanation for these results.

Nick James:

I believe that this was the fuel dump from the Centaur upper stage of the
NROL-35 launch. This was rising in the E from around 0440. See some details
