MASTER OT J111724.72-200029.2 DISCOVERY
V. Vladimirov et. al., SAAO and others report discovery on ATEL 7847 of a
very bright optical transient with an amplitude of more than 7.3 magnitudes.

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system records a discovery image of 2015 July
25.744UT with the transient at:
RA 11h 17m 24.72s DEC -20 00' 29.2". 

The optical transient unfiltered magnitude is 14.7m (limit is 18.8m). There
are three images with OT recorded on 2015 July 25.
There are 4 images with m=15.3 on 2015 July 27.720UT. We have reference to
images without the OT on 2015 Jan 21.900UT with 20.2 unfiltered magnitude
limit.
