The bookings for lunch this Saturday have now been closed so orders can be
placed for food by the caterers. However admission only bookings can be made
at £8.00 per person by completing the form, for which there is a link on our
home page, and e-mailing it to the editor. Given the shortage of time
payment can be made by sending a bank transfer. Bank details can be obtained
by telephoning our secretary Bob Dryden or the editor.

With regard to those approaching via the M3 please note there are
considerable road works at junction 6 and the adjacent Black Dam roundabout.
On a Saturday the trip from Jct 6 to the venue may take around 20-30
minutes.

It is possible to leave at Jct 7 and enter Basingstoke along the A30 but
given the number of roundabouts use of a SATNAV is recommended to reach Goat
Lane by that route.

Finally just a reminder that the entrance to the hall is via the door at the
end of the rear car park not the front door which remains locked.
