Identified as IR source IRAS 01074+6014 and GSC 4030.0023. The eclipsing binary V458 Cas is 7' to the south and Richter's finder does not match this suspect. NSV 11565 1999/091 9.8-11.9 28 Feb 1999 TA-EC 1391 J1855+401 Object appeared faint in late February 1999. Identified as Lyr 26 (42) NSV 11565 discovered in 1967 by Cuno Hoffmeister (1967) who reported it as Sonneberg variable S 9645. Also found to be IRAS 18541+4006 and GSC 3123.0723. The suspect variable NSV 11574 found by Parenago is nearby but is clearly not identical. J2024+588 1999/254 9.3-10.8 28 Apr 1999 Cyg 15 (5) Object appeared bright in July 1992 and April 1999.
