EDITORIAL NOTICE: INCOMING MAIL
Due to a fault on the Demon POP 3 server, no incoming mail has been 
received since Nov 5 at 16h19mUT. Engineers are investigating the 
prolonged fault but outgoing mail is currently unaffected, hence this 
circular.

For the next 24 hours only, please re-send any messages submitted since 
the time/date above plus any new notes to BOTH Demon AND the backup 
address at Rutherford quoted in the header of this circular.
A new message will be sent by the editor as an update within 24 hours.

The deadline for submission of magazine material, normally Nov 5 has 
been extended until midnight tonight, Nov 6.
